This acquisition fits perfectly into the strategy SQLI to strengthen its position in Belgium (including non-French speaking region) while densifying its expertise to create value.
Thus, SQLI Group, already recognized in the Benelux for its expertise around SAP solutions through its subsidiary EoZen, may rely on Wax Interactive to develop and strengthen the overall supply Sqli agency (Communication, e -Commerce, e-services, e-Business, e-Devices, e-Performance) on that territory.
For his part, Wax benefit from the expertise and complementary resources of the Group to accelerate its development and position itself on larger projects, in a stated ambition to become a leader in digital communications in the Benelux.
The founder of Wax Interactive, will be heavily involved in the success of the joint and continue to participate actively in the development of the activity.
